Ngā Ākonga: Students
Kia rere ngā mihi ki a koutou katoa, ngā ākonga o tō tātou Wharekura, o Ngā Taiātea. Nā te whānau, nā te iwi tēnei Wharekura i whakatū hei whakaruruhau i a koutou katoa.
Ko tā te ākonga mahi he whakarite i ōna whāinga, i ōna whakaritenga kia eke panuku i roto i ngā kaupapa huhua o te kura. Manaakitia tō tātou Wharekura. Māu te mauri o tō tātou kaupapa e tiaki, ā, mā te kura koe e tautoko, e manaaki.
Ka hoki anō ki ērā kupu kōrero i puta i tērā o ō tātou rangatira, a Te Puea, mehemea ka moemoea au, ko au anake. Mehemea ka moemoea tātou, ka taea e tātou. Mā te mahi tahi e eke panuku ai tātou, e eke tangaroa ai tātou.
As a Wharekura, we want our students to have a firm commitment to the advancement or their family, their iwi and our people.
These commitments include our responsibility to our reo and tikanga, the welfare of our people, and the advancement of initiatives that empower our people.
Coupled with this focus on the advancement of our people is a commitment to encouraging students to identify their passions and their goals.
We hope that our rangatahi can make a contribution to family and community by gaining expertise in the area that they are passionate about so that school for our students is relevant, meaningful and purposeful.
