Ngā Manu Kōrero: Speech Competition

Te ihi o te tū, te wana o te whakaaro, te wehi o te kupu. Koinei tonu ngā kupu whakarite e hāngai pū ana ki te momo ka whai wāhi atu ki tēnei momo kaupapa. Manu Kōrero is another important event on the school calendar. Ngā Taiātea Wharekura has been very fortunate in recent years reaching the higher levels of the competitions. This annual event inspires and teaches our students oratory skills and rangatiratanga attributes. Ngā Manu Kōrero has helped strengthen ‘Ngā mahi ōkawa’ within our Wharekura.
