Te Mahere Uaratanga:  Our Nga Taiatea Values Matrix

During our 2015 review it was emphasised how important our focus on uaratanga (values and character) is here at Nga Taiatea Wharekura as members of whanau, or marae, of clubs, of working environments.  Top of the list of what employers want is people who can be trusted, who are reliable, respectful and have a high degree of self discipline.  Nga Taiatea is firmly committed to the importance of values education and in 2015 we developed this Mahere Uaratanga (Values Matrix) which we want all Nga Taiatea staff, students and whanau to support and adhere too.
